Breakwater Nutrition started with a simple conviction: the food we eat should make us feel alive. Nestled along the coast of Sneads Ferry, we opened our doors to serve a community that values quality over convenience.

Every loaf is hand-shaped. Every recipe is tested until it's right. We source from local farms when we can and choose ingredients you can actually pronounce. It's not a trend — it's just how we do things.

Stop by before noon —
the good stuff goes fast.

Our bakers start at 4 AM. By 8, the sourdough is out. By 10, the croissants are gone. Come early, stay for the coffee.
